Who we are

LL Agent and this website are run by Mayank Pandey, an individual based in India, trading as LL Agent ("we", "us"). By using the website, the software, or buying Pro, you agree to these terms.

The software and its licences

The LocalLens desktop app is open source under AGPL-3.0. LL Agent is source-available under the Business Source License 1.1 (see /license). Those licences govern the code. These terms govern the website, Pro subscriptions and licence keys. Where the two disagree about the code, the licence wins.

Free tier and the free preview

The Free tier costs nothing and always will.

LL Agent was in free preview, with every Pro feature unlocked for everyone at no charge, until paid plans launched on 5 October 2026. Anyone who used LL Agent before then keeps Pro free, permanently. That is a commitment, not a trial, and it survives the launch of paid plans. If a reinstall or a new machine means the software cannot detect it, contact us and we will issue you a free key. No proof needed.

Pro subscriptions

Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. Current prices are on the pricing page and may differ by region. The checkout shows the final price, including any tax, before you pay.

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Dodo handles payment, billing, invoicing and sales tax, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund.

If we change the price, we will email existing subscribers at least 30 days before the new price applies to their next renewal.

Licence keys

A licence key is for you personally and can be active on up to three of your own machines. If you need to move it, contact us. Do not share, resell or publish your key.

We may revoke a key that was refunded, charged back, or obtained fraudulently. A revoked key can no longer be activated, and you must stop using the Pro features it unlocked. Nothing on your machine is deleted.

Your photos

The software runs on your machine and we never receive your photos. It copies rather than moves files by default, but it does act on the instructions you give it, including moves and deletions you approve. Keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Other services

LL Agent works inside Claude Desktop, which is provided by Anthropic under its own terms. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments under its own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not run.

Acceptable use

Do not use the software or website to break the law, and do not bypass the Pro licence check to use Pro features in production, which the Business Source License does not permit.

No warranty

The software and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending these terms

You can stop using the software at any time. We may suspend a licence key if these terms are seriously breached. Sections on licences, warranty and liability survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Changes that affect paying subscribers are emailed to them in advance.
